• You can make one of both of the soup recipes. Or even make one of your own. As long as you eat one bowl of soup per day you’re good. Eat the bowl of soup solo or pair it with a meal. Adding in healthy food naturally will decrease the unhealthy foods you eat.
• If you skip a day of the appreciation practice no worries. Pick up the next day.
