Hi Beautiful Friends,

I’m back in Atlanta after a fun trip visiting the employees at ms Consultants for a Healthy Recipe Contest. It’s our 3rd year of the Wellness at Work program and I’m proud to say we were recognized as one of Central Ohio’s Healthiest Employers! As promised I wanted to share one of the winning recipes with you – No Bake Energy Balls by Mary Mosser. Mary is one of our wellness coordinators and a role model for positivity and she is dedicated to helping others get healthy.

These No Bake Energy Balls are perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up verse a snickers bar or a healthy alternative to a cookie after dinner. They are packed with protein, fiber and healthy fats and made with simple ingredients. These are also great snacks for kids. Be careful they are addicting so make sure to put one or two on a plate, sit down and enjoy.
