Take this 45-minute, slow flow class which highlights the cues for the female body. The first 5 minutes I review the foundations of our classes.
You'll start on your back to set up your pelvis in female neutral, tapping into the breath all the way down to the pelvic floor. We do hip circles with a stable pelvis and add hamstring strengthening and one legged bridge before we move to foot mobility drills in low lunge and twisting from table and high lunge. You'll build heat with a lunging series that includes lightening warrior, and warrior 3, and do side plank before camel pose and savasana.
