Since 2007, I’ve been fortunate to teach yoga and watch the positive impact it has on students’ physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. With over 1,300+ hours of teacher training with one of the founders of power yoga, Bryan Kest, Yogaview in Chicago and in 2020, a 300-hour advanced training with Jason Crandell. My biggest teacher has been my daily practice and navigating injuries, pregnancy, postpartum, and (a-hem) aging. Needless to say, you’re in good hands.

There are a few ways to practice with me:

In this class, you’ll work on linking breath with movement, play with a few standing balances and splits. Level 2.
