Two yoga practices a day, meditation, nutritious meals, sisterhood, laughter, reflection, and more. You’ll stay in a beautiful home overlooking Lake Norman with scheduled open time to nap, read, walk, get a massage, or do anything you want because this time is for you.

LOCATION: Lake Norman
Lake Norman is a 50-minute drive from Charlotte airport and downtown Charlotte. Our house is right on the lake and georgous.

Remaining 50% due October 7- if you cancel before then you will not have to pay this installment. Any cancellation after Oct. 7 is 100% nonrefundable but you may still transfer spot to someone else.
Jackie teaches approachable yet challenging yoga classes that encourage each student to meet themself where they are, stay with their breath, and find a balance between effort and ease. She teaches virtual and one-on-one yoga classes, retreats, and also is a life coach who helps women who are overwhelmed, exhausted, and stressed manage the busy-ness of life while making peace with their bodies, calming their minds, and creating time for what’s close to their hearts.
