A dietitian, former trainer, and yoga teacher with 20+ years of experience — including a decade as a corporate wellness director — now guiding women to come home to themselves in body, heart, and spirit.

A mother of two and a student of what it means to live in rhythm with the earth, my body, and life itself — I blend modern science with ancient feminine wisdom: the cycles, archetypes, and sacred practices that are returning for a reason.

I help women reconnect with their spark — that wild, steady aliveness that’s been there all along.

I’m here for the women who are done pretending everything’s fine.

The ones moving through motherhood, midlife, and perimenopause — craving inspiration, hope, and grounded guidance that leads them back to who they are beneath the noise.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Weekly live slow-flow yoga classes for the female body, pelvic health, and nervous system flexibility

Classes range from 30, 45, to 60 minutes and are specifically designed for the female body, focusing on breath, mobility, strength, stability, and meditation. Each class is taught as a progressive sequence, so you can keep it moderate or intensify your practice as desired. They're recorded, so you can rewatch them at any time.

Weekly Energy Forecasts with short audio messages

highlighting the moon phase of the week and how to work with its energy, astrological nuggets, reflection questions, and an opportunity to pause in the present moment — a member favorite. 

🌕 Monthly Full Moon Calls

Attune to the earth’s rhythms (seasons), guidance on cyclical living and yoga practices, time to connect with other members, and to ask questions. These calls will be organically tailored to include meditation, journaling, breathwork, or discussion. Recordings will be available.

🌹Guidance on Cyclical Living

Learn to move with the ebb and flow with your body, the moon, and seasons, with lessons on how to get started tracking patterns in your body and energy. You'll also get inspiration on creating daily rituals, as well as moon circles that highlight the season. 

📚Library Access

Over 100 yoga classes, meditations, and full moon call recordings. Member favorites are: 

Charka series - a meditation and four classes for each of the 7 chakras, including a chakra and movement for the female body series.

30 Minutes Yoga Practice - a special request from the members. These well-rounded classes are an easy win and help you break free from all-or-nothing thinking. 

Monthly Meditations - short, 5-10 minute audio pick-me-ups to help you return to the calm, clear, center that is always available inside of you. 

🌳 An Anchor for Your Intentions

Bring more purpose, meaning, understanding, and depth to your life with annual and monthly focal points. You can create your own intentions for each cycle (of course) and weave in the collective anchors. This way it stays personal, you’re learning, integrating, applying, and embodying as you go. Take what resonates with you and leave the rest.

Our meeting times for an easy sync via Google Calendar or iCal so that you can block off the time for yourself. Calendar includes new and full moon dates too, so you'll always stay in rhythm.

  • Keep coming back. You’ll get stronger and more confident as you go. Options are always given during class and you can rest at anytime.

    The classes are recorded and vary in length - 30, 45, 60 minutes - so you could do the recordings and pause when needed.

  • Email me and I’ll send you the Zoom link. tojoin live. You can also click the video link above for a free class you can take right now.

  • A community gathering where we do a combination of breathwork, meditation, reflection, and sharing.

    This time is for you to show up as your real, messy, beautiful self and be heard and held by a group of big-hearted souls.

  • Not at all. There are women that have periods and don’t have periods for a variety of reasons in the group.

    You’ll learn to use the moon, the seasons, and the language of your body with or without a period.

  • No. You can can cancel at anytime. Although it’s best to stay for at least 3 months to learn and integrate this way of moving and living. Many women stay for years.

  • Simple. You can make this change at anytime by emailing me and I’ll change your payment for the next month.

  • Absolutely! You can bring them to one yoga or moon circle as a guest. If they like it and want to join with you as the referral, you get $10 toward your next month of membership.

  • Due to the nature of this membership there are no refunds. However, you can cancel your subscribtion at anytime and you’ll have access to the classes and recordings until the end of that billing cycle (monthly or annually).
