3-Month Satsang

A 9-week, spacious summer experience designed to bring happy memories and chill vibes all season long - even while tending to kids and work.

This 3-month intimate experience offers just the right amount of support, accountability, and community so you can become the happiest, calmest, and most present version of yourself this summer.

Summer is a season of connection, celebration, and outward energy. The shadow side is that, without intention, you can overextend yourself. By the end of summer, you might feel like a dried-up puddle instead of alive from the rays of sunshine and meaningful moments.

  • We’ll meet every other week for two hours. Most weeks

    will look like this:

    • A 30-45 minute yoga class

    • A combo of meditation, breathwork, oracle cards, and reflection

    • Connection and discussion around a book, podcast, or seasonal theme. We’ll read two books (audio versions are available if that’s how you roll) and listen to one podcast.

    • In between meetings, we’ll connect via Signal (a free app), where you can ask me anything or share with the group.

  • Weekly audios with energy forecasts to help you keep the vibe high and authentic.

  • Three guided meditation and breathwork audios to channel your inner zen at anytime.

  • Access to my weekly virtual yoga classes and recordings to embody the work.
